Rumah Highlands Hotel, situated in the elevation of Nivel Hills, Cebu, a new hotel with 62 spacious guest rooms and suites overlooking the scenic Queen City of the South and the lush greenery of the Western Cebu. With one of a kind hotel concept, it will have a spa that offers unique wellness treatments that guarantee total relaxation and a restaurant where one can savor delicious food which are organic and healthy. Each bed of the guest rooms is embedded with “Jikitan” or the super carbon which helps prevent oxidization and maintain a healthy body.

Rumah Highlands Hotel is 45 minutes away from Mactan-Cebu International Airport and 20 minutes to major malls, and has an easy access to major tourist destinations and attractions.

Job Details


1. Manages all activities in the Front Office ensuring standards of excellence and the guidelines set by the hotel’s policies and procedures are met.
2. Maintains a professional and high quality service oriented environment at all times.
3. Resolves problems and issues that may arise during operational hours before elevating to higher positions.
4. Disseminates information such as guest arrival, reservations, guest preferences, complaints, and other guest relation matters.
5. Check accommodations, making sure any special requests are carried out accordingly, greet guests upon arrival and ensure escort to accommodations if appropriate.
6. Manages up sell programs at the Front Office and work as part of the Yield Management team to try and maximize revenue for the resort.
7. Works closely with the Housekeeping Department to improve guest services and foster cross departmental communication.
8. Ensures proper sales reporting stipulating summarized room revenues during the night audit process.
Performs competition check to other hotels to be submitted to the Front Office Manager.
